Itinerary

Day
1 Istanbul Arrival

Look for a guide at the ninth gate when you arrive at Sabiha Gokcen or Istanbul Airport. Once your name has been verified for a private ride to your hotel, they will lead you to your transfer car. Start the check-in process as soon as you arrive at the hotel (check-in time is 14:00). You have the remainder of the day to spend anyway you like.

2 Old City Tour & Dinner Cruise Tour

The hotel offers breakfast, which is provided from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., to help you start your day. You will be greeted by your driver/guide in the hotel lobby, and the two of you will take a tour of the historic Sultan Ahmet neighborhood, often known as the Old Istanbul neighborhood. The tour includes stops to the Grand Bazaar, German Fountains, Obelisk, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque, and Hippodrome Square. There will be a fixed supper featuring Turkish cuisine (additional drinks available). You will be taken back to your hotel after the trip.

The precise time to meet your guide will be disclosed one day in advance in the hotel lobby. Following that, you'll take a shared car to the harbor for a Bosphorus dinner cruise. Beautiful views of the Bosphorus Bridge and the point where Europe and Asia converge can be seen on this tour. Traditional belly dancers, Turkish folk dancers, and a DJ act may all be enjoyed on board. Savor a delicious dinner of Turkish cuisine and unlimited soft drinks. At 11:59 p.m., the boat will return to the harbor, and your driver will drop you off at the hotel.

4 Istanbul Departure & Cappadocia Arrival

Breakfast at your hotel on the morning of your flight out of Istanbul is scheduled to coincide with your flight time. A day before to your transfer, we will provide you with specific pick-up information. For a private transfer to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, meet your assigned driver or transferman in the hotel lobby.

When you arrive at Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport, a friendly driver or guide will welcome you. They will help you locate your transfer car. Savor a discreet transportation to your hotel in Cappadocia. After checking into your lodging, spend the remainder of the day unwinding and resting.

5 Cappadocia Red Tour

After having your breakfast, start your following day at approximately 9:30 a.m. Before arriving back at the hotel at 5:30 PM, the tour stops at Devrent Imagination Valley, Pasabag (Monks Valley), Avanos Town, Goreme Open Air Museum, Esentepe Wish Hill, and Uchisar Rock Castle. 6 Cappadocia Departure

At the hotel, start your day with breakfast.

Remember that the international check-out time is 12:00 PM, complete the hotel check-out procedure. One day before the transfer, comprehensive pick-up instructions will be sent to you. Meet your driver at the hotel lobby. He/she will transport you to the airport in Kayseri or Nevsehir.

Christmas/New Year/Peak season surcharge may apply to be borne by the traveller

An itinerary will be Fixed No Amendment in date/time allowed.

The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

Cancelation Policy

More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
