1 Arrival in Istanbul

Your journey begins as you arrive at either Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Keep an eye out for your friendly guide at Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Once you've identified your guide, they will escort you to your transfer vehicle. You'll meet your private driver for a 1-hour and 30-minute journey to your hotel, taking into account traffic conditions. Check-in at the hotel will follow, adhering to the standard international check-in time of 2:00 PM.

2 Exploring the Old City & Dinner Cruise

Begin your interesting journey of Istanbul's Ottoman and Byzantine legacy with a hotel pickup between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m., led by an English-speaking guide. The renowned Hagia Sophia, the distinctive Blue Mosque, the historic Hippodrome Square, Topkapi Palace, and the bustling Grand Bazaar are all must-sees. A vegetarian lunch at a local restaurant is included, as are visits to Turkish Delight, leather, and carpet shops. Unless it's a Sunday, the tour concludes at 4-5 PM, with the Grand Bazaar replaced by the Spice Market and a stop at the Suleymaniye Mosque included. One day in advance, or roughly three hours before your flight, get information regarding the precise time of your transfer pick-up after checking out of your hotel (check-out time is normally at 12:00). The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
