1 Arrival, Transfer to Katra Hotel

On arrival at Jammu Railway station our representative will meet you. Then you will transfer to Katra hotel. Take rest and go for Vaishnodevi Darshan by your own. Overnight at Katra.

2 Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan

After darshan of Vaishnodevi Mata trek down and reach hotel. Take rest for your onwards journey. Overnight at Katra.

3 Transfer to Pahalgam, Enroute Patnitop

Today you will be transferred to Pagalgam. Enroute visit Patnitop. On arrival at Pahalgam check in into hotel. Overnight in Pahalgam.

4 Explore Pahalgam

Today you will explore Pahalgam. Take a local taxi to explore Chandanwari, Aru Valley, Betab Valley. You can take Pony to explore Baisaran, which is also known as Mini Switzerland of India. Overnight at Pagalgam.

5 Srinagar transfer, Enroute Sightseeing, Sikara Riding

Check out from Pagalgam hotel and head towards Srinagar. Enroute sightseeing will be covered. On arrival at Srinagar check in into Houseboat on Dal Lake. In evening during sunset must do Sikara riding. You will witness floating market of Kashmir in Dal lake. Overnight in Houseboat.

6 Srinagar local sightseeing

check out from Houseboat and check in into Srinagar hotel. After that go for Srinagar local sightseeing. Visit Mughal Gardens, Shankarachariya Temple, Nagin Lake etc. Don’t forget to visit Tulip Garden of India. In evening do shopping or spend leisure time. Overnight at Srinagar.

7 Explore Gulmarg

After Breakfast, take an excursion to Gulmarg, Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes, Check inn at Hotel, Freshen up & visit Aparwath by Asia’s largest cable car/Gondola Ride (Tickets Supplement/Direct Basis). By evening back to Srinagar hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

8 Explore Sonamarg

After Breakfast, take an excursion to Sonmarg which lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonmarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high-altitude Himalayan Lakes then you can visit to Thajwas Glacier (Pony/Horse ride Supplement /Direct Basis) by evening back to Srinagar hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

9 Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Jammu railway station for your onward journey.

*Travel Insurance:- **Travel insurance* (including medical and trip cancellation coverage) is generally not included but can be purchased separately.
*Tips and Gratuities*:- Gratuities for the tour guide, drivers, or hotel staff are usually excluded and can be given at your discretion based on the service you receive.
*Gondola & Snow Activities*: - Gondola ride & Snow-based activities like skiing, snowboarding, or snow scooter rides in
*Gulmarg* are not included, and you would need to book and pay for these separately on-site.
*Helicopter Service for Vaishno Devi:- If you opt for **helicopter service* to reach *Mata Vaishno Devi* (instead of trekking).
*Additional Excursions:- Some optional excursions, like a visit to **Pahalgam’s Betaab Valley* or *Aru Valley* will be covered by local transport (Taxi Union) only.

We calculate your cost according to 1 USD = 81 INR if any change in foreign exchange you need to pay

Cancellation of Flight tickets is as per airline policy.

100% Amount is mandatory to issue an Air Ticket.

50% Amount is mandatory to book your land package

Travel Agency Service cost will be charged on cancellation of the package, hotel, flight, cruise, bus, taxi, activities etc

All refund and cancellation policies are as per the travel agency. - Itinerary may be subject to change due to climatic conditions or other reasons.

Any change in No. of Pax will attract a change in cost.

Christmas/New Year/Peak season surcharge may apply to be borne by the traveller

An itinerary will be Fixed No Amendment in date/time allowed.

The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

Cancelation Policy

More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
