Itinerary

Day
1 Istanbul Arrival

Seek out a guide at the ninth gate, upon your arrival at either Sabiha Gokcen or Istanbul Airport. After authenticating your name, they will transport you to your transfer car for a private ride to your hotel. Start the check-in process as soon as you arrive at the hotel (check-in time is 14:00). You have the remainder of the day to spend anyway you choose.

2 Old City Tour And Dinner Cruise Tour

The hotel offers breakfast, which is provided from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., to help you start your day. Your guide/driver will greet you in the hotel lobby and take you on a tour of the old Sultan Ahmet neighborhood, often known as Old Istanbul. The tour includes stops to the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, German Fountains, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Obelisk, and Grand Bazaar. There will be a fixed supper featuring Turkish cuisine (additional beverages available). You will be taken back to your hotel after the trip.

5 Istanbul Departure

Breakfast at the hotel on the morning of your flight out of Istanbul is scheduled to coincide with your flight time. A day before to your transfer, we will provide you with specific pick-up information. For a private ride to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, meet your assigned driver or transfer in the hotel lobby.

Cancellation of Flight tickets is as per airline policy.

100% Amount is mandatory to issue an Air Ticket.

50% Amount is mandatory to book your land package

Travel Agency Service cost will be charged on cancellation of the package, hotel, flight, cruise, bus, taxi, activities etc

All refund and cancellation policies are as per the travel agency. - Itinerary may be subject to change due to climatic conditions or other reasons.

Any change in No. of Pax will attract a change in cost.

Christmas/New Year/Peak season surcharge may apply to be borne by the traveller

An itinerary will be Fixed No Amendment in date/time allowed.

The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

Cancelation Policy

More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
