Day
1 Istanbul Arrival

At Sabiha Gokcen Airport or Istanbul Airport, search for a guide at the ninth gate upon arrival. Once your name has been verified for a private ride to your hotel, they will lead you to your transfer car. Start the check-in process as soon as you arrive at the hotel (check-in time is 14:00). You have the remainder of the day to spend anyway you choose.

2 Old City & Dinner Cruise Tour

Istanbul offers a breakfast from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., followed by a tour of the historic Sultan Ahmet neighborhood, including stops at the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, German Fountains, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Obelisk, and Grand Bazaar. A fixed supper featuring Turkish cuisine is served, followed by a return trip to the hotel.

The tour guide will inform you of your arrival time in the reception area of the hotel. After that, you'll embark on a Bosphorus dinner cruise, enjoying stunning views of the Bosphorus Bridge and the convergence of Europe and Asia. Enjoy traditional belly dancers, Turkish folk dancers, and a DJ act.

3 Istanbul Departure & Cappadocia arrival

Breakfast at your hotel on the morning of your flight out of Istanbul is scheduled to coincide with your flight time. A day before to your transfer, we will provide you with specific pick-up information. For a private transfer to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, meet your assigned driver or transferman in the hotel lobby.

When you arrive at Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport, a friendly driver or guide will welcome you. They will help you locate your transfer car. Savor a discreet transportation to your hotel in Cappadocia. After checking into your lodging, spend the remainder of the day unwinding and resting.

4 Cappadocia Red Tour

After having your breakfast at the hotel, the tour begins with a tour of Cappadocia red. Before arriving back at the hotel at 5:30 PM, the tour stops at Devrent Imagination Valley, Pasabag (Monks Valley), Avanos Town, Goreme Open Air Museum, Esentepe Wish Hill, and Uchisar Rock Castle. 5 Cappadocia Departure & Antalya Arrival

At the hotel, start your day with breakfast. Complete your hotel check-out. One day before the transfer, comprehensive pick-up instructions will be sent to you. Meet your driver at the hotel lobby. He/she will transport you to the airport in Kayseri or Nevsehir.

You will be received at Antalya Airport by a friendly guide or driver. Proceed to the hotel and complete the check out process.

The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
