Itinerary

Day
1 Istanbul Arrival

Upon reaching Sabiha Gokcen Airport, seek assistance from a guide at the ninth gate. After authenticating your name, they will transport you to your transfer car for a private ride to your hotel. When you arrive at the hotel, begin the check-in process (check-in time is 14:00). You have the remainder of the day to spend anyway you choose.

2 Old City Tour & Dinner Cruise Tour

The hotel offers breakfast, which is provided from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., to help you start your day. Your guide/driver will greet you in the hotel lobby and take you on a tour of the old Sultan Ahmet neighborhood, often known as Old Istanbul. The tour includes visits to the Hagia Sophia Mosque, the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome Square, the German Fountains, the Obelisk, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. A set supper of Turkish cuisine will be provided (drinks are extra). You will be driven to your hotel after the trip.

3 Istanbul Departure & Kusadasi Arrival

On the day you depart from Istanbul, check out at 12:00, the global standard check-out time, and eat breakfast at the hotel (depending on the time of your flight). The day before your move, comprehensive pick-up information will be sent to you. Meet your driver/transferman in the hotel lobby to take a private transfer to Sabiha Gokcen Airport or Istanbul. A helpful driver or guide will meet you at the Adnan Menderes Airport in Izmir and help you to your transfer vehicle. Once you arrive at the hotel, check in and then enjoy the remainder of the day as you please.

4 Ephesus Tour

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel and plan on being picked up at 8:30 a.m., with full schedule details provided one day before the tour. Meet your guide in the hotel foyer and set out on an 8-hour full-day guided Ephesus Tour. Highlights of the journey include visiting Ephesus Ancient City, the Ancient Theater, the Library, and the IsaBey Mosque. Following the trip, you will be returned to your hotel for lunch at a local restaurant (set menu with drinks available at an additional cost. Overnight in Kusadasi at your hotel.

5 Kusadasi Departure

Start your day at the hotel with a breakfast that fits your flying schedule.Leave the hotel by the hour specified for international check-out. One day before to your move, you will receive precise pick-up information. Meet your driver at the hotel lobby. To go to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, take a private transfer.

All refund and cancellation policies are as per the travel agency. - Itinerary may be subject to change due to climatic conditions or other reasons.

Any change in No. of Pax will attract a change in cost.

Christmas/New Year/Peak season surcharge may apply to be borne by the traveller

An itinerary will be Fixed No Amendment in date/time allowed.

The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

Cancelation Policy

More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
