1 Istanbul Arrival

Look for a guide at the ninth gate when you arrive at Sabiha Gokcen or Istanbul Airport. Once your name has been verified for a private ride to your hotel, they will lead you to your transfer car. Start the check-in process as soon as you arrive at the hotel (check-in time is 14:00). You have the remainder of the day to spend anyway you like

2 Old City Tour & Dinner Cruise Tour

The hotel offers breakfast, which is provided from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., to help you start your day. You will be greeted by your driver/guide in the hotel lobby, and the two of you will take a tour of the historic Sultan Ahmet neighborhood, often known as the Old Istanbul neighborhood. The tour includes stops to the Grand Bazaar, German Fountains, Obelisk, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque, and Hippodrome Square. There will be a fixed supper featuring Turkish cuisine (additional drinks available). You will be taken back to your hotel after the trip.

4 Istanbul Departure & Cappadocia Arrival

Breakfast at your hotel on the morning of your flight out of Istanbul is scheduled to coincide with your flight time. A day before to your transfer, we will provide you with specific pick-up information. For a private transfer to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, meet your assigned driver or transferman in the hotel lobby.

When you arrive at Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport, a friendly driver or guide will welcome you. They will help you locate your transfer car. Savor a discreet transportation to your hotel in Cappadocia. After checking into your lodging, spend the remainder of the day unwinding and resting.

6 Cappadocia Departure & Izmir Arrival

Your journey from Cappadocia begins with a smooth transition from the comfort of your accommodation. After a delicious breakfast that is scheduled to fit your travel schedule, make sure that your check-out goes smoothly by the global standard of 12:00 o'clock. You can expect us to notify you the day before the transfer with the exact time of pick-up, which is usually three hours before your aircraft leaves. Meet your assigned driver in the hotel lobby on the day of departure for a private transfer to the Kayseri or Nevsehir airport. Depending on traffic and road conditions, the trip should take between one and one and a half hours.

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel and plan on being picked up at 8:30 a.m., with full schedule details provided one day before the tour. Meet your guide in the hotel foyer and set out on an 8-hour full-day guided Ephesus Tour. Highlights of the journey include visiting Ephesus Ancient City, the Ancient Theater, the Library, and the IsaBey Mosque. A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
