1 Istanbul Arrival

Upon reaching Sabiha Gokcen Airport, seek assistance from a guide at the ninth gate. After authenticating your name, they will transport you to your transfer car for a private ride to your hotel. When you arrive at the hotel, begin the check-in process (check-in time is 14:00). You have the remainder of the day to spend anyway you choose.

2 Old City Tour & Dinner Cruise Tour

The hotel offers breakfast, which is provided from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., to help you start your day. Your guide/driver will greet you in the hotel lobby and take you on a tour of the old Sultan Ahmet neighborhood, often known as Old Istanbul. The tour includes visits to the Hagia Sophia Mosque, the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome Square, the German Fountains, the Obelisk, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. A set supper of Turkish cuisine will be provided (drinks are extra). You will be driven to your hotel after the trip.

4 Istanbul Departure And Cappadocia Arrival

Breakfast at your hotel on the morning of your flight out of Istanbul is scheduled to coincide with your flight time. A day before to your transfer, usually four hours before your departure, we will provide you with specific pick-up information. For a private ride to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, meet your assigned driver or transferman in the hotel lobby.

A welcoming guide or driver will greet you at Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport. They will assist you in finding your transfer vehicle. Enjoy a private transfer to your Cappadocia hotel. Check into your accommodation and spend the rest of the day relaxing and unwinding.

5 Cappadocia Red Tour

The Cappadocia Red (North) Tour begins with a hotel pickup about 09:30 a.m. Devrent Imagination Valley, Pasabag (Monks Valley), Avanos Town, Goreme Open Air Museum, Esentepe Wish Hill, and Uchisar Rock Castle are also worthwhile stops. Enjoy a local lunch on the tour, which concludes with a hotel drop-off at around 5:30 p.m.

6 Cappadocia Blue Tour

After having your breakfast at the hotel, Explore the deserted Cave Village in Cavusin Village, discover the underground dwellings of early Christians in Ozkonak Underground City, take in breathtaking panoramic views from Esentepe Panorama, and delve into the history of Ortahisar Castle on a 4-kilometer nature excursion in Red Valley. Lunch will be provided by a local restaurant, and the trip will conclude about 5:00 p.m. with a drop-off at your hotel.

7 Cappadocia Departure

At the hotel, start your day with breakfast. Remembering that the international check-out time is 12:00 PM, complete the hotel check-out procedure. One day before the transfer, comprehensive pick-up instructions will be sent to you. Meet your driver at the hotel lobby. He/she will transport you to the airport in Kayseri or Nevsehir.

Christmas/New Year/Peak season surcharge may apply to be borne by the traveller

An itinerary will be Fixed No Amendment in date/time allowed.

The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

Cancelation Policy

More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
